ఫంక్షన్/పార్టీ లలో ఆహార పదార్థాలు మిగిలినవా  ఐతే ఏమాత్రమం సంకోచించకుండా 1098 కి కాల్ చెయ్యండి. వాళ్ళే వచ్చి తీసుకెల్లుతారు. ఇది ఆ మెసేజ్ సారాంశం సంక్షిపతంగా.

నిజానికి, వాళ్ళు (1098) ఎలాంటి మిగిలిన ఆహార పదార్థాలు తెసుకేల్లరు. 
ఇది ఒక బూటకపు/నకిలీ (spam/fake) మెసేజ్. ప్లీజ్ ఇలాంటి మెసేజ్ లను ప్రచారం చెయ్యకండి.

జనవరి 30 , 2012 న టెలిగ్రాఫ్ పత్రిక వాళ్ళు కూడ బూటకపు/నకిలీ మెసేజ్ గురించి ఒక వార్తను ప్రచురించారు



నిజానికి, 1098 అనేది ఏ పిల్లలకు అయితే రక్షణ మరియు సoరక్షణ అవసరమో వాళ్ళకు సంబందించిన భారతదేశం యొక్క అత్యంత విస్తృతంమైన అత్యవసర ఫోన్ సేవ.
ఇది వీధి పిల్లల బాధల(distress) కొరకు 1995 లో స్థాపించిన భారతదేశం యొక్క మొదటి టోల్ ఫ్రీ టెలి హెల్ప్లైన్. 


అంటే, మనం 1098 కు కాల్ చెయ్యడం వలన పిల్లల (marginalized children) అత్యవసర సేవల ఫోన్ లైన్ కు అంతరాయం కలిగించినట్లే అవుతుంది. అంతేకాదు ఈ మెసేజ్ ను ఇతరులకు చేరవేయడం వలన మీరు వాళ్లను తప్పుదారి పట్టిచ్చినట్లు అవుతుంది

this message is circulating widely over Facebook, WhatsApp and other social networks
Many people are forwarding this after to his/her friends and relatives.
 

But this is a SPAM MESSAGE           

Actually, They (1098) do not pick up any leftover  food. 
This mail/message is a spam, kindly do not circulate it.

CHILDLINE also kept a warning note on their website home page regarding  this spam/fake message...

January 30 , 2012 the telegraph also posted the news regarding this hoax message.

Actually, 1098 is India's  most widespread Children's phone emergency outreach service for children in need of care and  protection. This is the India’s  first toll-free tele-helpline for street children in distress, launched in 1995. For more information visit http://www.childlineindia.org.in

So, Calling to 1098 (regarding leftover food)  may results in blocking and jamming the phone line which is there to provide emergency service to marginalized children. You are forwarding this spam message means you are misguiding the people.
